Reading the pattern

When every onion you try is slow at once, the problem sits above any single site and there is nothing to fix on the market end. When the first try hangs but a second one a moment later works, that is the lookup being slow, and it clears on its own. A real market outage looks different. Both mirrors stay dark for a stretch while the rest of your Tor browsing is fine.
