Is BlackOps Market down right now?

Check the status page here. If both mirrors are shown up but one will not open for you, get a new Tor circuit first. If they are all down for a few minutes while the rest of Tor works, it is likely a real outage.

Which mirror should I use?

Either. They both go to the same market and the same account. If one is slow, use the other.

Why is a mirror slow?

Onion speed depends on the Tor relays in your path, which change each time. A new circuit often gives a faster one. During network floods everything is slow at once.

How do I know a mirror is real?

Match the address on the login page to your bar, and check it against the signed list. A fake cannot do both.

A mirror is down. Are my funds safe?

Your account and balance live on the market, not on any one address. When a mirror comes back, or you switch to the other, everything is where you left it. Keep a small balance and an outage is never a crisis.
