Checking an address
You do not have to take an address on trust. Two checks together make a fake almost impossible to slip past.
The signed list
gpg --import blackops.asc
gpg --verify mirrors.txt.asc mirrors.txtA Good signature means the list came from the key holder untouched. If your address is not on it, do not sign in.
The login screen
The login shows the address it runs on. Match it to your bar before your password. A fake cannot show the right address in both places while pointing you elsewhere.
Watch out
